To apply for an HFLA loan, an applicant must complete the Loan Application form and have one or two guarantors complete the Guarantor Information Form.

Guarantors must have sufficient income to repay the loan if called upon to do so and have good credit.

We generally require an in-person interview before approving a loan application.  Upon receipt of a completed application and guarantor form(s), an HFLA Board member will contact the applicant to arrange an interview.

Loan requests are handled confidentially. Repayment terms are set on an individual basis.
