Mini-loans are interest-free loans of up to $1,000 that may require a guarantor (what's that?)

Do I qualify?

Anyone applying for a mini-loan with HFLA needs to meet these criteria:

Be a qualified Jewish borrower
Be a resident of Washington State for at least 6 months
Have some way to repay the loan.

How does the loan and repayment process work?

After you apply online, an HFLA staff member will contact you and discuss any next steps. If you're approved for the loan, you'll sign a promissory note (what's that?) and then the money will be sent to you. The process can be as quick as a few business days, but may take up to a week.
