The Loan Application and Guarantor Information forms can be easily downloaded by clicking the links below.   

 

Upon receipt of a completed Loan Application and Guarantor Information form(s), an HFLA Board member will contact the applicant to arrange an in-person interview before approving a loan application.

Loan requests are handled confidentially. Repayment terms are set on an individual basis.

Furloughed Federal employees and contractors are eligible for emergency loans to up to $5000, with no payments required until the Federal government reopens and paychecks are issued.

For loans greater than $2,500  we require two guarantors.

​

For loans less than $2,500 we require one guarantor.
